Anybody who was anybody making this city miserable back in the &#8217;00s is going to be there, a turn-of-the-century rogues&#8217; gallery featuring none other than former <a href=\"http:\/\/sinkers.org\/stage\/?p=215\" target=\"_blank\">Mayor<\/a> Tony <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sinkers.org\/posters\/williams\/healthinspectors.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;The Rat&#8221;<\/a> Williams himself.
