Earlier this year the Alabama Senator said \u201cgood people don\u2019t smoke marijuana,\u201d and while we don\u2019t know yet if he\u2019ll respect states rights (or DC\u2019s rights since we are not a state) or if he\u2019ll do what John Ashcroft did as George W. Bush\u2019s Attorney General: raid lawful cannabis grows, raid lawful dispensaries, and even go so far as crack down on paraphernalia vendors.
