Note to crewmembers Kerry, Gephardt, Edwards, Dean, Daschle, Pelosi, Lieberman: You can't land that thing on a right wing and a prayer. Like Columbia's, the Democrats' left wing could perhaps have been saved by self-examination through the spy satellites of a critical eye; instead, the Democrats chose to ignore the damage done by twenty-five years of Carter, Mondale, Cuomo, Dukakis, Clinton, Gore, and Lieberman -- all while continuing to expect unquestioning support from their now-loosening left wing; they ignored the signals, and now they're totally out of touch as the left wing's interest in sustaining the STS Democratic Party begins to dive to "offscale low". And now, here it is, another Presidential "election" cycle coming around, "entry interface" time, coming up. Hah, been nice knowing you.
